The Crested Ibis Volunteer Project is for you!

CRESTED IBIS VOLUNTEER PROJECT :Working for Crested Ibis in the Shaanxi Rare Wild Animals    Rescuing and Raising Research Centre.

Working for Crested Ibis, helping the Crested Ibis keeper to look after the Crested Ibis for feeding and cleaning the house .
DESCRIPTION :

As a Crested Ibis volunteer you will work with the staff in the centre with their daily works.
You will start work at 08:00 till 18:00, with a lunch and noon rest in the middle.

You will feed Crested Ibis food and clean the house, also you may observe and recording the amount of time spent eating, drinking, playing and resting and noting the time of day at which the behaviour occurred , in order to research their behaviour.

You also have the chance to see other endangered species including the golden monkey, golden takin etc.

SITE :Shaanxi Rare Wild Animals Rescuing and Raising Research Centre.

The Shaanxi Rare Wild Animals Rescuing and Raising Research Centre is 80 kms west away from XiAn, China. It is only one Rescuing and Raising Research Centre in Shaanxi province. Most animals were saved from the wild.

 

PERIOD : All year round available

OPEN TO : The people all over the world who have an interest in giant panda and other rare species conservation to support local Nature Reserves

REQUIREMENTS :

•  You need provide a Doctor Letter proving that you are ok to work with the animals.
•  You need provide your CV.
•  You speak English
•  Please provide your passport copy ( the photo page)
•  Please provide your contact info,  tel number,  your address, and Email Address etc..
